Please read these terms carefully before joining RBC FUTURE
RBC FUTURE is an independent direct selling and network marketing platform that provides product-based and referral-based business opportunities. Joining RBC FUTURE is completely voluntary and subject to acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility & Registration
The minimum age required to join RBC FUTURE is 18 years. Only one account is permitted per individual, and members must provide accurate, complete, and valid personal information at the time of registration and during the course of association with the company.
Free Membership
Joining RBC FUTURE is completely free. The company does not charge any compulsory joining, registration, or entry fee from its members.
Income Disclosure
Income generated through RBC FUTURE is based on product sales, referrals, and overall business performance. The company does not offer, assure, or guarantee any fixed or assured income. Earnings depend entirely on an individual's effort, skills, consistency, dedication, and prevailing market conditions. Any income examples or illustrations shown are for reference purposes only and do not guarantee future earnings.
Prohibited Activities
Members are strictly prohibited from making false or misleading income claims, providing deceptive or incorrect information, engaging in illegal or unethical activities, or misusing the company name, logo, brand identity, or marketing materials in any manner.
Road Accident Help Support
RBC FUTURE also provides Road Accident Help support to its registered members/customers. To avail this benefit, it is mandatory to submit a copy of the FIR related to the road accident within 10 days from the date of the accident. Failure to submit the FIR within the specified time period will make the member/customer ineligible for this benefit. Approval of accident help is strictly subject to company verification, internal review, and applicable policy terms.
Account Suspension
RBC FUTURE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of company policies, terms and conditions, or applicable laws, without prior notice.
Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed strictly in accordance with company policy and product-specific terms and conditions. The company shall not be liable for refunds beyond the scope of its stated policies.
Policy Updates
RBC FUTURE reserves the right to update, modify, amend, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of company services after any modification shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or in connection with RBC FUTURE shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
By registering with or using RBC FUTURE services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated above.
